Thanks to everyone who came to our fantastic event last night hosted by PwC. It was action packed case study, which promoted loads of active discussion, sharing of ideas, approaches all with an expert employment lawyer talking through the various scenarios
We had some fantastic Brexit themed events over the last 2 weeks. Record turn out (over 100 at each event), with plenty of HR conversations, connections and of course cocktails. Don’t be fooled by cheap imitations of HR events that sound similar.
The fantastic team at Newland Chase gave us all a great overview around Brexit and we’ve had some great feedback from the group. One member said:
I just wanted to extend the thanks of myself and my team for the event and insight on Monday, we have been booking on to many webinars and events and this was the first that had plenty of insight we hadn’t seen/already known elsewhere, so very useful!
We also had a record number of business clothes donation at our clothes drive at the event for our partner charities ‘Dress for Success’ & ‘Suited and Booted’ and it’s always nice to be able to give back at our events.
We are looking forward to our next event on 6th March 2019.
We’ve got plenty more planned for 2019 and we’re also starting our events later this year at 6.00pm rather than 5.30pm - as who likes rushing right?!?
