In a world where the focus on workplace wellness is more and more related to health, financial wellness is often overlooked. Employee financial education can give your workforce a greater understanding of money, investments and allow them to make more informed decisions - both now and in the future! This demonstrates that you are responsible and caring employer.
If you are however lucky enough to have a comprehensive benefits package, financial education at work can also help your employees realise the value of the benefits you provide.
What does Employee Financial Education at work involve?
You simply allow employees' access to a qualified Chartered Financial Planner, who can give them tailored and professional solutions to help them make the most of their money and to help them reach their financial goals. This is done on a one to one basis.
What is the frequency?
This could be once a year or ad-hoc depending on if the employee has any specific financial concerns during the year or if their circumstances change i.e. they decide to start a family etc.
Who is the relationship between?
The relationship is between the Chartered Financial Planner and the employee. You as the employer are just allowing the employee time off during the working day to attend a financial planning session.
Is it hassle to arrange?
We work with many standalone HR professionals or those in small HR teams, so we take the hassle away from you, as we know how busy you can be. We will provide you with promotional materials to communicate the benefit and we also have a Corporate Solutions Team that can arrange appointments directly with your employees. All you have to do is book us an internal meeting room.
How can you get this set up?
