Being in a standalone HR role, part of small HR team or an Office Manager with HR responsibilities has it's challenges. It can be a lonely place.... but not anymore!
Part of the Corporate and Cocktails group, Early Bird HR - the niche HR networking group allows those in this situation to share ideas, best practice, benchmark and discuss HR issues, all within an informal and confidential environment (over some breakie and a cuppa!).
Our networking breakfasts are held once a quarter from 8.30am - 9.45am in Central London. Typically these are hosted by a member who is able to provide a boardroom or venue large enough to accommodate the group.
We currently have over 200 active SME HR members and usually restrict attendance to between around 20 people per meeting. Although we all often meet up at the main Corporate and Cocktails events too!
Our group is run by HR people... so no sales, no gimmicks.... just HR practitioners discussing all things HR!
